Our company has 2 plants rotational carousel and a tilting system.
Thanks to the different peculiarities of the plants we can realize artifacts in pe of small dimensions between a sphere of 40 cm diameter and a tank of 5000 liters for the industrial production.
Kplast srl makes use of the main quality control tools such as calipers, ultrasonic thickness gauges etc. and also it is able to make pressure sealing tests on the products pieces.
Kplast srl realizes production of rotomoulded articles in a single layer, double and triple with foam, is used for the production of high density polyethylene HDPE.
Thanks to the experience gained in recent years, we are able to provide customers with a consulting service that already begins during product design.
We are therefore engaged to follow the construction of the equipment according to the client’s specifications, making sure to take the necessary features to make it as functional as possible.
